The Company reserves the right to offer refunds in certain circumstances, if the proper conditions are met. The Refund Policy is the pivotal point in the relationship between the Company and the Client, built on mutual trust and corporate responsibility.
Purchases of courses are eligible for a refund, in a timeframe of 15 days. In that period, Client can ask a refund for the course at any moment, as long as it doesn’t pass the 15 days period. Refund requests made in the 15-day timeframe, but not processed in the same, will still count as active and will be under the due process of the billing department.
Monthly subscription fees are also eligible for a refund. They are not time constrained, and only the latest monthly subscription fee can be refunded, at any moment, until the next fee applies. Using the principle of goodwill, there are no constraints on refunding the last subscription fee.
The usual due process for refunding can last up to 7 (seven) business days.
